The New York Offshore Wind Alliance (NYOWA) is a diverse coalition of organizations with a shared interest in promoting the responsible development of offshore wind power for New York. NYOWA is a new project of the Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY). 

Climate chance is already having a significant impact on New York. For our health, safety, economy, and environment-and for future generations-NYOWA will work to ensure that the Empire State implements a sustained, sizable, and scalable offshore wind power deployment strategy.
